Captain a boat and enjoy the Mandurah Christmas Lights

Happy holidays! ‘Tis the season to explore our specular Mandurah Christmas lights. You can do this with your business colleagues or with your family and friends in one of our Mandurah Boat Hire boats.

What are the Mandurah Christmas Lights?

Mandurah’s Christmas Lights are a sure way for you to have a true taste of Mandurah’s Christmas excitement.

In the spirit of Christmas, the residents of Mandurah’s canals and estuaries decorate their homes with vibrant Christmas lights, large decorations and other breath-taking delights.

As a result of this, the canals become a spectacular display of Christmas cheer. You can look forward to seeing life sized reindeers, gorgeous Christmas trees, and flashing Christmas lights.

People like to debate the best way to see the finest Christmas lights and decorations the people of Mandurah have to offer. We don’t mean to sound biased when we say this, but personally, we believe the best way to see Mandurah’s Christmas decorations and excitement is by privately travelling by boat.

There’s no better way to experience the magic of Christmas festivities than by listening to Christmas tunes while cruising along the canals and looking at decorations.

The Mandurah Christmas Lights are on from December to early January every year.

Do I need a skipper’s ticket or boat drivers’ license?

At Mandurah Boat Hire, we don’t expect our clients to have a skipper’s ticket or boat driver’s license when they hire boats during daylight hours. However, for night hires, we request that you have a skipper’s ticket or a boat driving license if you want to hire one of our boats.

If you don’t have a skipper’s ticket or a boat driver’s license, we have a 19 person pontoon that is charted (has a skipper) that can be privately hired or join a public cruise and select how many seats you require. For more information click here.
